What counts as educated? Is a gender studies degree really an education?

Serious question, though: what is this obsession with people being "educated?" I wish that I didn't have 150,000 dollars in school loan debt. I should have just become a fireman, like everyone else from my neighborhood.
It's not the degree that matters. The most important thing that higher education brings is the honing of critical thinking skills, and the ability to discern fact from feel-good jibber-jabber. This is why Trump has always loved the under-educated.

They have been happily consuming populist dogma since the early days of Rush Limbaugh and the Dittoheads. 35 years later, that primordial ooze finally birthed the poisonous toadstool we now know as Donald Trump.

However, you did correctly identify the highly educated states as being Democratic. Congrats!
Indeed. The "highly educated" states are Democrat strongholds. However I'm less than impressed by that. Education is a fine thing. But all that book learning in radical leftist staffed universities hasn't really produced quality people in significant numbers.
.
Education and intelligence dont go hand in hand it seems. And these leftist educated types cant tell you the by twixt know knowledge and wisdom.

Hell they dont know the difference twixt level and plumb.
They say they're going to start a revolution but cant even start a lawnmower.

All that education in those top states and the levels of naked ignorance are amazing. College educated idiots. With degrees in African. American history, Same sex family dynamics and such. Courses offered as majors in universities are jaw dropping.

Just because you have a degree doesn't mean you're not dumb as a rock. An education doesn't give you wisdom or common sense. Common sense will be far more helpful in life than book smarts.

To little surprise, that list looks similar to the one for the least educated states.

Considering school taxes are a local issue...it is the blacks themselves that are under funding their own schools.

But funding is not the issue, schools get plenty of money.

A helluva lot more white people live in those states.

$150k in student loan debt? That’s your fault. No one forced you to borrow that much money.
