President nominates the senate confirms. The Republicans should have held a vote in 2016. They didn't can't change that. But Obama did nominate a Justice.

I didn't care for her politics, but as I mentioned in another thread, she's lived an impressive life and accomplished things. She's a good role model for what hard work will get you.
