Packing the court is reason for outright civil war. It would be similar to simply deciding to add 30 or 40 more people to congress to sway votes your way.

If Democrats are suicidal enough to burn the whole system to the ground because they are upset that they aren't getting their way, they'll deserve what happens to them as a result.....and it won't be pretty.

So what is the hurry? You have all but guaranteed victory in November?

If y'all are so certain Biden will win........

Why do you care?

This.

Democrats put abortion way too high on the list of things they think Republicans care about.

Personally, I find it abhorrent, especially after the first trimester. But I don't think it should be illegal, it should be a states rights issue.

And if y'all Democrats want to make less Democrats.....that's fine with me.

But you really should learn how to use birth control instead.

There's always a chance that he won't win, but it's a calculated decision.

Besides, whether he wins or loses...Dems still would not honor their own words...If Trump were to win the election they'd fall back on another obstructionist tactic.

IMO as a Trump supporter, I say get it done, all threats be damned--jam it down their throats and let the chips fall where they may

How long would you like the President to take before making a nomination. One month, two,6? And then would you question or complain that it is taking too long?

Democrats have already pulled the masks off and vowed to contest the election, so they know they are in trouble.

If Trump and Trumpers are certain Trump will win reelection, what is the rush in the SCOTUS nomination?

Scalia died on Feb 4th; Obama nominated his replacement on Mar 13. I expect Trump will do the same, since that is what he is supposed to do.
No rush. Just people doing their job.

I am not certain of anything. I am a Libertarian and voting for "Jo" not "Joe"

Politics is a good spectator sport. I have just as much right to comment on it as a Dem or GOP can.

Why do you care if I care?
