Only an absolute sycophant -- and God knows that MSM and the DNC are full of them -- would observe Joe Biden and come to the conclusion that he's firing on all cylinders. This is an old man who has had two brain aneurysms, so he certainly can't be confused with Jack LaLanne. He's an old guy who is displaying continual signs of cognitive decline. It's who he is.
What's sad is that nobody in his inner circle thought this through. For Biden's benefit, I hope he gets destroyed in the debates. He simply no longer possesses the requisite physical and mental skills that the job of President requires.
