I’m sure Governor Cuomo would pardon him, after the fantastic Covid response from the Federal government.
Because Cuomo had a great response sticking Covid patients into retirement homes, not disinfecting mass transit for months, encouraging people to mingle with thousands of Chinese tourists back in February, ignoring for years statements that the state had less respirators than needed, etc.
If Cuomo had an R after his name he would be vilified by you for his Covid response.

Trump's enemy's are not just with the left many in DOJ, FBI. The question is if he ends up lame duck after 11/3 what are his pardon options? Does he have to resign, and have Pence pardon him. I know that won't solve his NY state problems. Federal crimes have 95% conviction rate he be better taking his chances with the state.
