Dam anti-Christians chose a Christian -- and a practicing one --not just one for show (like Trump_)......lol.

Seriously -- you folks are scrambling now.

Both AOC and Biden are Roman Catholic.

Five of the current eight justices are Roman Catholic. Barrett or Lagoa would bring the total to six of nine justices.

The concern seems to be about some of Barrett’s remarks about faith before the law and her engagement in the multi- denominational People of Praise covenant.

It’s a curious thing that when a Democrat Senator questions a female nominee, some are inclined to portray it as being anti- woman. When Democrat Senator queries about the role of faith vs law, some choose to portray it as anti Christianity.

Using that kind of logic, McConnell’s refusal to allow hearings for Obama’s nomination of Merrick Garland must mean, Republicans are anti- Semite.

This is the backdrop as we appear poised to debate and confirm a Christian woman - a devout Catholic perhaps - to the Supreme Court. Another Democrat left smear campaign based on the #MeToo 'Believe all women' agenda is not going to be plausible this time around.

But the personal religious convictions of one leading candidate has already been assaulted by Senator Diane Feinstein, and others. It seems unlikely that the Democrat left will be able to restrain themselves from attacking the nominee in what will clearly be a bigoted, anti-Christian manner.

And in fact, it has already begun.

Questioning a candidate whose history suggests they may place religious dogma over US law IS NOT "Anti-Christian Bigotry", it's trying to ensure a court that upholds the Constitution, nothing more, as it should be. So stop the hyperbolic BS of "Anti-Christian Bigotry". it's pure BS, nothing more.

Go on one to Wikipedia and look up the religious affiliation of congressional members. The side with the most Catholics is Democratic.

And the Democratic senate confirmed Catholics.

Read what mom said. The problem with this current one under consideration is her perceived allegiance to a group.

Attending a church does not make you a Christian any more than sitting in your garage makes you a car. Some Christians are sincere believers and disciples of Jesus Christ. Others are apostates, or Christians in name only, and are not Christians or Catholics in any meaningful or legitimate sense.

For example, people who are outspoken supporters of abortion are conducting themselves in a way that is wildly in contrast to what they profess to believe. And with these people, this is just one example, there are routinely many others.

Just as the working class has changed their allegiance in recent years to support Republicans, more and more sincere believing Catholics and Jews have been reassessing their political affiliations as well. They have been and will continue to switch parties. Of course the apostate sects will likely continue to support the Democrats, which hardly comes as a surprise.

And people attempting to create conflict with anyone who doesn't share their own religious beliefs comes as no surprise either. The 'My God is better than your God' BS is likely responsible for more needless death and suffering in history than any other cause.

And the teachings of 'God', and there are more than 5,000 names for 'God' in recorded history, should play no part in a SCOTUS decision about Constitutional law.

And yet, if we were to question the paganism of those who worship Darwin, Earth, ClimateChange, Hyperequality, Globalism, etc, we would be called bigots and other less polite names.

OK, you already lost him, and many others who can't grasp these principles, as he proves right here (Hosea 4:17):
