My husband and I are the same. We just had to re-register (new state) and we registered non partisan.

We spent 8 hours doing this JUST so we could vote in the upcoming election, and that vote is going to Biden.

I've worked on 4 Republican campaigns, I've always voted Republican, and I think I am done with them.

Yeah, I can believe that.

For the millionth time, defunding the police is about taking those areas away from the police that are better served by a social worker, or other agency.

Things like truancy, runaways and things like that.

Why don't banks hire staff to investigate bad checks instead of police officers?

Why don't insurance companies do the same for stolen cars?

Why do you need police on the scene for a rape (unless the rapist is still there)? You medical teams, and social services.

There are many things the police have to do that does not require someone trained in restraining, fighting and shooting.

Police have to receive SO much training in SO many areas, they are master of none of them. In order to achieve that they would need years more training.

I know a LOT of police that are for this.

Voted Republican most of my life. Will be voting for Biden this time. This is not the Republican party; rather the trump party. Republican legislators have made a big mistake in blankedly supporting trump. This will cost the Republican party for years to come..

What is it about Biden that inspires you? How about Kamala? Most likely she will take the reigns, what is her policies that inspires you?

Biden doesn't inspire me. I'm voting for character and civility.
