There's a big difference between BLM the movement and 100 or so disparate BLM groups spread the across the country which may or may not hold ridiculous viewpoints.
I support the BLM movement, but I disagree with the viewpoints that some particular BLM groups hold. For example, I believe violent protest is never justified and looting is absolutely not a form of reparations.
People need to understand this nuance.

Not all black people are part of BLM.
All black people are not part of BLM.
The two statements mean two different things. The second statement says that all black people (meaning every single black person) are not part of BLM. Since there are black people in the BLM then it's more correct to say that 'not all black people are part of BLM.'
Since there are white KKK members then saying "all white people are not KKK members" would be factually inaccurate.

You just described every white liberal teacher I know, which is about 7 of them. There's no point in engaging them unless you like being called a privileged racist.
Based on what that says, it’s acknowledging that families aren’t all the same and it is more important to think of the community as a family, so the black community to be more unified.
It didn’t say that the nuclear family was wrong, just that it should not be the only view of what a family is. Since no family is perfect.

Hearing you loud and clear. I don't know anyone dumb enough to believe that Black Lives Matter = all black people. Fair to say it's a significant minority of black people with a bunch of virtue signalling white people tagging along because it makes them feel good about themselves.
BLM is the well meaning fad that went insane that became a terrorist riot that is now completely out of control. I don't look at every black person and think, "It's your fault!!" That'd be awfully stupid, wouldn't it?

Keyword prescribe. Like thanks for the offer but we got this our own way. Some of us do have nuclear families and that's fine. But there's nothing wrong with other types of families.
And as for fathers, yes they're important, but there are also many positive father figures.
Fatherhood has been an issue in in the community for a long time. One remedy is to allow communities to be closer so kids with no biological fathers around can still have someone positive to look up to. And I think that should go for every family.
Another thing is to stop the war on drugs because that has destroyed families and taken fathers.
