That's not a fact, that's a conclusion based on arrest/conviction data. If those arrests/convictions were the result of bias, the conclusion based on those facts is incorrect. So in your coma induced world of make believe - police target men unfairly due to systemic sexism? Men that make up 49% of the population really don't commit 89% of the murders? Police just choose to arrest men more?

This systemic sexism conspiracy against men must be worldwide, because can you name a single country where official statistics show that women are more likely to commit murder than men? Nope? The UN claims 96% of murderers worldwide are men. No country reports women being more likely to murder than men. The conspiracy deepens!
