I’m unclear of what you mean by “arbitrary physical trait” and how that ties in to weakness and laziness. Do you mind elaborating a bit more?
Skin color and it’s corresponding shallow and one of the most simplistic genetic trait the human race possesses. The sequence for jaw bite is more complex, yet not enough of a identifier for some with more neurotic tendencies(a much much more complex trait).
Weak and lazy to base your importance or fear on such a trait. Ancient Rome, Egypt, Sumerians, heck even pre civilized man did not base self worth with skin color. We are discussing social justice and racial identification here, are we not? That group does this and my group doesn’t(all based on skin color). That’s what I’m reading here.
The thing about social justice is that it's all fine and dandy when you are with the mob. But when you are on trial in the social justice courtroom, it's not so fun. It's a pretty unforgiving and ruthless courtroom.
Here's the difference between the country's justice system, and the social justice system:
The country's justice system reviewed the evidence and facts of the Breonna Taylor case before a grand jury and their use of force was justified.
1) Police knocked
2) Breanna NOT asleep
3) Her BF shot police first
4) Police returned fire
The social justice system declared all cops guilty with no evidence, no facts, and no jury. The mob says they are guilty - and that's it. The city pays the penalty of this injustice.
Part of the social justice jury (mob)...
Speaker Pelosi: "Justice was denied for Breonna Taylor and her family. Just think if it were your daughter, your sister, your cousin, your relative, your friend who was murdered by the police and the charging decision held no one accountable for her death."
This is from someone who has a hand in making laws in the country's legal system. And she doesn't have the discipline and respect for actual law to refrain from making these inflammatory and provocative statements.
THIS is absolutely deplorable and is worthy of a lawsuit. Those officers were legally cleared of wrongdoing. And we have a lawmaker disregarding the legal process in making these claims.
Social Justice is the process of punishing innocent people in the present for perceived sins of the past in order to make whole (provide justice for?) people who have never actually been wronged.
No, it's yet another example of social misjustice. Seriously, Volobjectitarian, just what the hell gave you such an outlandishly WRONG idea as to what social justice really is?
Well professor, I can tell tell you from personal experience as a minority and an immigrant to this country, that I recognize that a certain discipline by a faction of people with common goals and similar (not exact cultures) have brought this nation to the economic prosperity and global social influence it has today. Despite, what error man commits, the triumphant nations in history have a had a common goal and have united as "a people" with a common culture, language, and the law. When another faction of people within that nation starts to feel underprivileged or held down by one of those areas of discipline and try to discredit the history that unifies the nations, I feel they try to artificially generate a social justice crusade out of depressed self worth they have internally or is head by others that want to use them as pawns. IMHO

Using more racism to combat racism is an example of what isn't social justice. For example, insisting you were automatically born to be racist simply from being born white.
