People do need to complete the census though because if certain areas are undercounted, there are policy consequences of that which don't favor the undercounted areas.
What happens when a horse is ridden by a human who is dumber than the horse, kind of like having Democrats in charge of cities.

My two nieces, who are both prize winning horsewomen, are gonna be really pissed!

PS -- Both nieces are not only very smart horse lovers, they're also smart Trump supporters!

I'm very curious if Black Lives Matter has bothered to condemn this BLM protester for wanton disregard for the life of his horse.

That poor critters cannon and coffin bones are tweaked to hell. Probably serious shin splints and knee damage is certain. Hes damn lucky the animal didnt go down slipping on the pavement.

You NEVER take a horse past a walk on pavement. No matter what they've done in movies. For parades and such real horsemen put "parade shoes" on their mounts. These have a soft metal bar on the inside of the shoe that gives a grip surface.

There are also rubber pads that go over the hoof. These I like better because they give cushion as well as grip. This yamyank probably doesn't bother with his horses feet. They're only the most important thing. Along with digestive health and hes probably never heard of colic.

Theres an art to keeping healthy horses. And this fleabag isnt any artist. If he has other animals they should be taken from him. End of line.

God, I hate people who abuse animals. I hate them even worse when they're exploited for political purposes.

Unfortunately, I believe he has other horses.
Dude, this is Lightfoot’s own Census Cowboy.

Lightfoot would be more fearsome on a horse. I can't stop picturing her on a horse leading BLM terrorists into battles.

And he has said he'd do it again, so no remorse at all. The horse may still be put down, it's in such poor condition

She'd ride the horse right up to the point where the police protection around her home ended. And call it a win for the Black Lives Matter Marxists movement.

What a stupid moron. I hardly know anything about horses, but I even I know that riding a horse on pavement for that long isn't good for them. This idiot should never be allowed back on a horse again and he shouldn't be able to own any animals...period.
