Although the article claims the Fed won't issue their own digital currency we all know it's coming, a chip in your hand is the end goal where unless you take the mark of the beast whatever they may be you can't get gas,food,pay bills, ANYTHING essentially. Fortunately I have taught myself many skills and some I grew up doing and the rest I can learn quickly to live without the government breathing down my neck because I will never submit to any mark or chip or tattoo on my body to dictate who controls what I can buy and sell etc etc.

It won't happen because it'll cut off the commercial banks as intermediaries. Everything they do now uses the money center banks who receive the fees.

Track every dollar - where it is spent - who owns it - tax and control the population. You don't play by their rules you don't get access to your digital dollars. They can haircut 10%-20% of everyone's account balances in the blink of an eye if deemed necessary to save the system. Greece was the test case. Power goes out or EMP then what? Terrible idea and the last nail in the coffin of your freedoms.
