Those who slandered the Police Office Mattingly who was shot, calling him murderer can expect to get their checkbook out !!!

I wonder how many called him a murderer ?

He was shot first and then returned fire !!! That doesn't sound like murder !!!

Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly was not indicted by a grand jury !!!

All he did was defend himself

“They called him a ‘murderer,’ when all he did was defend himself,” McMurtry said in a tweet accompanying the video.

McMurtry said he represents “John in his affirmative claims against people who slandered him by calling him a ‘murderer.’”

McMurtry was the attorney who got Nick Sandman a settlement !!!

Officer involved in Breonna Taylor shooting to file lawsuits against people calling him a 'murderer'
https://www.foxnews.com/us/officer-b...suits-murderer

Louisville Metro Police Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly, who was not indicted this week in the shooting death of Breonna Taylor, will file civil lawsuits against individuals who allegedly called him a "murderer."

McMurtry hinted at lawsuits as early as June, telling The Courier-Journal in an email then that "to accuse an innocent person of a crime is inherently defamatory."

He represents former Covington Catholic High School student Nick Sandmann in his lawsuits against media outlets for their botched coverage of a viral confrontation with a Native American elder last year. They settled with The Washington Post and CNN earlier this year for undisclosed amounts earlier this year.

Yep, he should sue the snot out of them. When the Media starts getting hammered with lawsuits, maybe they'll be a little more responsible in their reporting of events.

This is not only good, its probably necessary for him.

It will start to counteract all the lies. Seen a bunch on this site, even when people know the facts of the case.

He's going to have a hard time getting hired. People won't want the publicity that follows. So he needs to sue the media and the individuals, especially politicians.

When will the left media learn? First the Catholic High Student. Next will be that 17 year old that went around & shot 2 people in self defense. Now this cop.
