How much does that job pay? I may just do it

I have some friends who are vacationing in Florida for 2 weeks and they are loving the freedom and lack of mask requirements.

Just finished a week long stay in a VRBO in Fort Lauderdale - we had 16 people from all across America come down for one of the veterans' groups I'm affiliated with.

Nobody wore masks, all had great fun, and everyone is just fine. Thank God my friends and family aren't panicked left wing fruitcakes.

Florida's tourism industry will be just fine. The people cowering in their basements are the same people that don't go out or tip if they do go out.

$25 per hour.

To manage the onslaught, hospitals brought on more than 100 temporary morgue workers, according to the city’s Department of Health.

Ms. Sander was one of them. She had been sitting at home in Oldwick, N.J., restless after her Manhattan campus closed and eager to help in the pandemic. She emailed city hospitals until she ended up in the $25-per-hour job.

Hope they don't have to wear an Endotracheal tube attached to a ventilator instead.

Yes the ventilators sitting around unused. Say, where are the dead bodies that were supposed to have piled up from Labor Day? And Sturgis? And Trump rallies?

They are around 30, Indian immigrants, and in perfect health. If they do get Covid (they know the risks and will quarantine for 2 weeks after they come back to California), chances are they'll either be asymptomatic or get a few days of flu like symptoms. They are staying with relatives with two young kids and the older one is back in the classroom with no masks and not one kid at the school has gotten sick.

Meanwhile, Australia only reported only 16 cases for the entire nation yesterday. We could be on this path towards victory over Covid but we will be stuck with it for a very long time due to the actions of people like Gov. De Santis. Florida still has more cases per day than most countries in the EU and they have much higher populations.

No you don't. You want as many deaths as possible and for this to last as long as possible. That much is clear from your commentary on C-D.
