Others can say anything they want about America. There is nothing exceptional or special about it now that Trump has nearly destroyed the country. The U.S. IS racist.

Lmao. Grow up. It's 2020. You are not oppressed. The country is not systemically racist. It's merely reacting to the problems you cause....which are of your own making. Opportunity abounds. If you can't drag yourself into the new century while literal peasants who don't speak the language can.... then YOU are the problem. YOU.

The left always becomes anti-American whenever the candidate they don't like wins the presidency. Shocker.

I agree with this.

Yep. Just happened. Trump did it.

Oh wait, when did the racist BLM start their crap?

The USA is about as racist as our counterparts. No more and no less.

How many black prime ministers has Canada, Germany, Australia, England or France had? Hmmm yeah not a lot. LOL as in none.

Seeing or hearing an American in my town, its like seeing a Movie star!
Absolutely most Norwegians love America and Americans!

We have a AfroAmerican women living in my town..Married to a local.
She said she would never move back to the US.
Probably helped that when she got cancer and fought it for 2 years and didn't pay a thing in medical bills.
Something that would ruin here back home.

What most dont like is how FAR FAR Right the Republican party has gone, influenced by christian sects and bribery.
As a result the Democratic Party has also moved towards the right.

Our most rightwing party, seems to be to the left of the Democratic Party.
Thats how bad its become.

And we are not exactly communist/marxist/nazist country... we are like Moderate centrist in 1960s American politics..
Strong institutions with a strong private sector.

.

Your post is a joke right??
I do believe the Republican Party has moved somewhat to the right but the Democratic Party has moved way left which as created, in theory, a big divide among our population.
Actually in 1960, the Democratic Party more resembles the Republican Party of today.
Love it when a Non-Citizen who doesn't live here tells and explains our politics to us!

1) As Otto notes the US is vastly more diverse than most countries.

2) Our culture, unlike many others around the world is much more open about publically addressing dirty laundry like racism.

3) The US is under a microscope and a spotlight. We are the media\entertainment capital of the world so people pay attention to what is going on here, our celebrities etc. We are oblivious to what is going on in many other countries.

P.S. One snooty euro comment is typically about how we don't pay attention to other countries. Well, we're much larger than most euro countries so our various states and regions are literally filling that role. We pay attention to CA, FL for example while maybe they care what's going on in Sweden. CA has the land mass and economy of france for just one example.
