- Washington -- The commission that oversees the general election presidential debates said Wednesday it will be making changes to the format of the remaining two debates. - One key change it plans to implement: Cutting off the microphones of President Trump and Joe Biden if they break the rules, according to a source familiar with the commission's deliberations.
- The plans have not been finalized and the commission is still considering how it would carry out the plan.

Biden has condemned ALL violence -- including the violence that stemmed from the protests. It is fake conservative pundit media spin to say he hasn't.
Nobody put this on Trump.
Trump could have easily just said -- of course I denounce all white supremacists and ALL violence. This is not who we are (basically exactly what Biden has said right after Floyd's death and and again and again.
Why couldn't he come up with his own statement. He basically said last night -- what do you want me to say -- that doesn't show me he isn't racist -- it tells me he will say what he needs to say -- without conviction.
Sounds perfectly normal to change the Rules and move the Goalposts in the middle of the match..... this is exactly what Hidin-Biden demanded at his first train stop today.

Floyd was killed on May 25th. A few days later -- a day after the most violent protests....."Violence that guts and shutters businesses that serve the community is not. The act of protesting should never be allowed to overshadow the reason we protest. It should not drive people away from the just cause that protest is meant to advance."
on June 2, he said, “There’s no place for violence, no place for looting or destroying property or burning churches or destroying businesses […] we need to distinguish between legitimate peaceful protest and opportunistic violent destruction”

Some conservative pundit tweeted out that the August statement was the first ---- it wasn't.
