I noticed that the poll broke along partisan lines except for the "neither" bunch. It was very bipartisan. Interesting.

There are many who strongly support President Trump on that list who knew, nonetheless, that he didn't have a good night. Now we know why.

It also reflects the real world of the vocal, obnoxious minority. Having a conversation with a Trump supporter in real life goes similar to the debate, so a lot of conversations just aren’t happening.

It's likely a significant number of Trump supporters didn't understand the voting buttons and clicked randomly anywhere on the page.

He had a bad night because he is a terrible person with a bad conscious. He was so scared of having to debate Joe Biden, he did everything in his power to keep Joe from talking at all. Ridiculous.

Hey. At least I know American troops didn't capture airports during the American Revolution.

A lot of examples he could have used there.

^ TDS delusion is a fascinating, though completely unproductive, field of study.

Yes.

And they all arrive too late to be tested, as required by the rules both campaigns agreed to.

If you look at the substance, Biden was dead wrong on many things he said so Trump just couldn’t help himself but start interrupting. If Trump had interrupted less, and allowed Biden to give his weak talking points and misinformation, Trump could have easily won. Ben Shapiro had one good example with the “what law enforcement agencies are supporting you” question. Ask the question, then allow the silence. Trump answered the question as soon as he asked it, ruining the effect of even asking in the first place.

Americans generally like fiery, aggressive people, so I don’t think the debate cost Trump the election just yet, but that debate certainly didn’t help him with undecided voters. Another one or two more debates like that will have a definite impact.
Agree. Honestly, it was rather embarrassing IMO how Trump kept interrupting Biden, and then went after the moderator Chris Wallace.

Joe Biden isn't a great candidate. He doesn't express his views on certain issues simply because he doesn't want to take a stand and risk losing potential voters. But some would never know that because Trump didn't allow Biden's weakness to show because he didn't let the guy speak.
