They have done a very good job of not promoting the 9th Amendment to the people.
Government controlled public school, has minimal promoting Constitutional rights.
Guess why the 9th Amendment seems to be the forgotten Amendment and the one most trampled upon?
Natural Common Rights are encompassed and promised, as the 9th Amendment.
It is the Promise that We The People will have UNLIMITED choices and from the choices, it is your individual right to choose for yourself. As long as your actions do not directly threaten, harm, or take, Life, Liberty, or Property. We are FREE People. We are not Property of our servant government. They are appointed by consent, to secure rights and liberty. Not take it.
That is crime and the founding of American Law.
