Donald Trump isn't a debater, point blank! Donald Trump isn't knowledgeable on any issue to debate intelligently. Buffoonery, tomfoolery and personal attacks isn't debating! We already know what to expect from Donald Trump.
No. I think Biden is who he is. A 77 year old man who has his good and bad days. Is he a babbling idiot with dementia like Trump and Trumpers are saying. I don't see that.
But as I have been saying 4 years ago Trump was the one on display. He just needed to show up at the debates and not look completely out of his league with Clinton. He did that. Expectations for him were low.
Biden is in the same situation this time. He just needs to look like he has his faculties and not get confused and say things that will be used as campaign ads by Trump.
Instead of just looking at carefully edited youtube clips by Trumpers trying to put Biden in the worst light possible. I have watched his town hall and will watch the debates. He did ok on the town hall. Although he does look and act every bit of 77. I can only imagine how we will be in 2-3 years. Looking at speeches he made in 2016 he is lost a few steps and aged a lot in 4 years.

I guess if you are a left or right wing partisan you see what you want. The democrats think he is fine, the Trumpers think he has dementia.
I think he is too old and out of it to be running for president. Old age is setting in. I have a mom who is 90 I see some similarities with Biden and her when she was his age. She lives in a retirement community and I chat with the people who live there. You can't just make a blanket statement that Biden is doing much worse than all 77 year olds. He is not doing the best but I have seen many like him and many much worse. Often its illness that takes it toll.
But I think Trump is unqualified for a 2nd term for other reasons including mental problems. And the prospect of a Trump 2nd term is quite scary.
That is why I am not voting for either. And once again I am in a strong red state we have the EC my vote is not being thrown away.

We haven't seen Biden stand and talk for an hour and and a half like we see Trump do it like 3 times a week in his rallies.
Answering questions without a teleprompter will also be a challenge. We'll just have to see.
There were the Democrat debates. Biden did ok. Trumpers keep ignoring that fact. If he did what Trumpers think he will do with Trump he would not be the nominee.
With Trump's rallies which I enjoy he says more or less the same thing every time. Greatest economy ever, most accomplishments of any president ever. Will bring the economy back to where it was. China Viirus, yadda yadda.
I like watching the Trump rallies. But they are not exactly brain surgery. Trump is good at bloviating.
