I do not believe that is typical of "the highly educated". Once you get into college you are faced with having to take and pass courses.
It appears the parents are the culprits more than the students.

Trump is just one example. Lots of uber wealthy have a different set of rules. They get breaks that others don't get, due to their power and money. Trump cheated to get into college over 50 years ago. So this cheating for uber wealthy has been going on at least 50 years. Do you now call Trump "highly educated" with quotes? Bwahahaha
