Good idea, but its too bad in a free society you need a state issued permission slip to carry a tool.
Biometric handgun safe. Legal for storage while in a moving vehicle. You can transport in most States going to and from hunting or a gun range, which btw, I always am.

This happened along a busy suburban road in the rich part of the suburbs, what 5 years ago was part of my commute. Part of the 'take protests to the suburbs' movement.
In pretty much every demonstration now, a right winger bent on murder drives into peaceful protesters. The Russian influenced fake news shows actions by the protesters to stop the vehicles and defend their lives, not to mention their rights, and misrepresents it as violence against some hapless motorist. It's BS.
