Along with that, there seemed to be an unusual number of Texas license plates in Portland during the summer. Austin sympathizers, maybe? And also cars with plates overtly covered, and not much cops could do, with their hands full.

A lot of these people are probably just parasites with grudges for old arrests. They don't need a specific motive to riot.

Uyhmm.....its a mixture. Id say about 1/2 of the violent folks are from out of state. Mostly from Washington. They literally bus down here because theyre afraid antifa will find their cars at a meeting spot, so they bus here from Washington.

Also some of the Anarchist groups are from odd places. Theyre just coming for the chaos.
