The simple fact is, they weren’t indicted for exactly the same reason the Ms. Taylor’s boyfriend, who fired the first shot of the confrontation and in fact wounded and almost killed one of the officers, was not indicted for having done so.
The law essentially says, “You don’t have to be right, you have to be reasonable.”
Prosecutors and investigators came to the conclusion that the boyfriend was sincere when he said he didn’t hear police announce, and thought he and his girlfriend were in danger from criminals – very likely the same ex-boyfriend of Breonna, the man the police were hoping to gather evidence against – when he opened fire. Their conclusion said in essence, “He made a mistake of fact, but any reasonable person in his position might have made the same mistake under the circumstances, and therefore he should be held harmless.” It’s what’s known as a finding of “excusable” action.

I don't get the vindictiveness on the left. Are they saying the grand jury was racially motivated? That's just ignorant and mean spirited on their part. They got the facts and were left to make the decision with what the judge and attorneys told them. It was based on careful consideration and they had no reason to have any political motivations, unlike others.
Do they want revenge on these jurors? Blood? The family got a settlement and they can get closure. I think they need to cut ties with the parasites who have pushed them and paraded them out in front of the media and will now want a BIG piece of what they got.
Yes, one of the grand jurors filed a motion to release the transcripts. The motion is interesting, somewhat critical of the AG’s statements as well.
The entire situation is unfortunate. However, one of my close friends is on a SWAT team and has conducted many no-knock warrants. He said that this was the result of poor planning and execution. Going to pick his brain a bit more about it. Just haven’t yet gotten the time.

Those are excellent points, especially about the mob wanting the officers lynched. By original definition it is a lynch mob against the officers.
The self-proclaimed "party of science" is emotionally denying the facts and wants "justice" based on what the mob wants.
One point though of a side note. Is that I find it odd that all of the neighbors testified that they heard the police trying to announce their presence for several minutes, while shouting that they had a warrant for the boyfriend's arrest but they found it credible that the boyfriend had no clue it was the police.
