Because much of the Black Community is indoctrinated and brainwashed to not blame themselves for their own problems. The Democrats and the Media give them an easy way out to not have accountability nor responsibility. So instead they blame slavery, White privilege, Systemic Racism, and social and economic injustice.
Now granted, there's one very big problem with that parody. Most black families are one parent families, so you're not generally going to have a father around to tell you you've now lost your black card. But for the most part, the black community votes so blindly for the Democrats, they couldn't even tell you why. It's just what black people are supposed to do.
Let's not forget: Blacks vote Democrat, this we know, because Joe Biden tells us so:

Unless these three folks start gang banging on south side Chicago and hurting other blacks, they represent the diversity that blacks come in and they've done nothing to discredit or disgrace their blackness.
Opinion: Black Americans would be better served telling BOTH parties to take a hike. I would say vote 3rd party or form a political party of one's own. The Democrats take for granted that Blacks will vote for them. The Republicans see trying to get the Black vote as a waste of time. Maybe if 90% of the Black vote went to a 3rd party, it would give that 3rd party a better chance at competition.
I don't think Blacks are brainwashed. This is how things are. Most people (of any race) pick who they perceive as the lesser of two evils, or whoever will tell them what they want to hear. Right now, both candidates have a record of saying really stupid stuff. Because both candidates are rather surly, it will be a matter of who says what during the next few weeks. It will be a matter of who is LESS OFFENSIVE.
