Nothing will satisfy BLM. If all the cops got charged with murder, that wouldn't be enough. They would be rioting to disband the Louisville police.
They are rioting because they are being whipped into a frenzy by paid organizers and the media. Also, it's a good way to pick up a new Apple phone, TV or booze after they storm the doors.
NOTHING to do with justice or even Breonna Taylor!
Of course it was racially motivated in its decision! Drug laws are unconstitutional (by design).
If anyone is unsure or doesnt believe the extremely racist history of drug laws, simply Google the topic and see for yourself...pay close attention to the National Security advisor at the time, explaining why tough drug laws are needed...this says it all very clearly...the laws were intended to target certain minorities.
If drugs were completely legalized would any of the problems go away or would you just have more zoned out folks sponging off the system and commiting crimes to pay for their legal but expensive habit?
How many stay away or limit usage because the threat of arrest? Take that away and a major part of that generation will be gone.

Not very many. Those who want drugs will find a way to get drugs. Those who don't want them won't suddenly turn into addicts because they are legal. Prohibition doesn't work for drugs any better than it worked for alcohol.
None of that makes a difference, the Constitution does not permit the Govt to create laws on 'drugs' in the first place!
As I said before, if you dont believe how racist these laws are...read up on why the laws were created decades ago, they were very clear on what these laws were targeting, they admitted lying outright about the dangers of drugs, so they could target minorities.
One of the main duties of law enforcement is to PROTECT CITIZENS RIGHTS...and now we have police violating citizens rights along with the govt!! How do you expect people to respond to this?
Regardless, the grand jury chose to indict on one charge and not on any other charges. The Attorney General stated these facts. I wager that you may have had some on the grand jury who felt differently, but they didn't win out.
What does a grand jury do?
A grand jury determines whether or not to indict, which means to bring a formal, criminal charge against an individual for a felony. Grand jurors do not decide guilt or innocence. The grand jury hears evidence and determines if there is sufficient proof to support an indictment and require the accused to stand trial. One member of the grand jury is elected foreperson of the other jurors. The foreperson is responsible for swearing in all witnesses who come before the grand jury. The commonwealth’s attorney examines each witness and advises the jury. No one is to be present in the grand jury room during the examination except the commonwealth’s attorney, a stenographer, the witness and anyone else required, such as a guardian for a child or disabled witness.
After all evidence has been presented, the grand jurors will deliberate and decide whether to return an indictment. Nine of the 12 grand jurors must be in agreement to return an indictment. All indictments must be signed by the jury foreperson, even if he or she personally voted not to return an indictment. If the grand jury votes not to return an indictment, the jury foreperson must report that fact in writing. It is the responsibility of the foreperson to report the vote results of the grand jury for or against indictment to the judge in open court.
9 out of 12. That's the key here
