So I googled it, and this is a request by the Trump campaign.
How many times has the Biden campaign asked for the release of Trump's tax returns and been told no? No, Trump, you don't get what you ask for, either.
And anyone could see if there was a device in Biden's ears just by looking.
It wouldn't take a body cavity search.
Trump only asked for what we are all thinking. So many are wondering if he'll have some device in his ear with someone feeding him answers. And many times Trump has questioned him about his son and he refuses to acknowledge it. He changes the subject.
If Biden has nothing to hide, then let a 3rd party look in your ear. What's the big deal? No one said anything about a cavity search. Let someone look in his ear. I'm sure they could insert something small that isn't clearly visible by just glancing at him.

Speaking only for myself, but I don't think Biden has something so teeny to implant into his ear that the rest of us don't have access to, like some kind of James Bond spy toy that will slip undetected inside his ear canal undetectable to the cameras.
We aren't all thinking Biden has put something deep inside his ear canal to cheat Trump out of a fair debate.
