I don't understand this mindset. What do you think will happen? Other than COVID, the past four years have been fine for me.
Same here. The wife and I's careers are doing well, investments doing well. Money in the bank. Our home of 20 plus years value had gone up enough where we decided to take advantage of the low interest rates and move out of the city. Sold it, bought another double the size on two acres...in the middle of a pandemic. Splurged a couple of years ago and bought a new truck, bought a new ATV this summer. Yeah, things are good.
If Trump is reelected, I shudder when I think about what may happen. Or even if he loses and won't leave without a fight.
I would rather live under Communism at this point.
Living in Ca. gets you close !!! Consider your dream vacation to No. Korea and a few weeks of eating dirt before you make a final decision !!! Just don't tell anyone you have pin worms if you try to come back !!!

Even during the worst of the pandemic, I could always find food and supplies, and now my children are back in school and husband is working.

So where are you moving to? I'm sick of people saying this or that if Trump wins - you deal with it - it's 4 more years and then maybe you'll find a decent candidate to run next time - but you guys never learned the first go round.

So far in 3.5 years we've a pretty good go of it:
- Record economy
- Record employment
- improved trade deals
- No wars, troops coming home
- dead terrorists
- improved military
- improved border security
- no more giving Iran 150 billion
I mean, other than the global pandemic that has dampened the economy, what has been so bad for you? Surely you can't mean you'd rather live like the Soviet Union, Cuba, or China? If so, you need to have your head examined. I think you're just being dramatic.
