Thanks for the update. I was just going into look this up. It seems attention has faded with the case in the media. Go figure.
I think they see the writing on the wall here and know it's not going to play out how they want it to. When hes acquitted it will be tough to ignore though.

Have they refused bail for him? The last I heard, he had quite a large amount from donations, seems like they would use that to bail him out.
He is being held without bail in juvenile in Illinois pending extradition to Wisconsin. If/when he's extradited to Wisconsin then they'll use the funds for bail/legal fees.

This is around the 3rd time the judge has delayed his extradition this time it's because he claims it's political and he is afraid of the mob if returned to Wisconsin. He is still charged on 6 counts and two are homicide.
The judge has been patient, anyone else would have already been in Wisconsin.

I believe it's only been twice. The first time he didn't have a lawyer so the judge gave him time to hire one. The second was when his lawyer requested more time because the amount of evidence, videos and witnesses, was so vast.
Poor guy. I knew he would be soon forgotten, and it seems his lawyers are more interested in getting their cut of libel lawsuits than trying to get him a lighter sentence or no sentence at all.
