Unfortunately the blue state I'm in has the mask police everywhere and it's gotten so old. Good news is I gave the mask mandate the middle finger way back when this started... I'll wear it when I have to which is pretty much when I go to the grocery store or other necessary places of business.

At work? Nope. I work in a far right establishment (yes, they exist even in Seattle) and none of us have worn masks at all at work and we've been here every day since it started... and none of us have gotten COVID.

Imagine that. The world in fact isn't ending from this plague. The leftist leadership here will keep the mask mandates indefinitely no doubt... they already have ridiculous reopening phases and have implemented even more ridiculous things like closing indoor casinos but outdoor casinos are OK. The poker room I go to literally moved all 15 tables outside under a tent... so instead of playing with a mask on under a roof I can do it under a tent.

Apparently this virus only infects people indoors.

Just like his health care "plan". Just don't hold your breath waiting for it.

THere is nothing closed up around here anymore, places opened 2 months ago. Very few stores even still have restrictions...and this is in KY, with a democrat Gov!

Kind of one issue for me. I cannot vote for the party that will allow rioting and looting and then arrest me if I try to defend myself. Why would I even bother with any other issue? Biden is a minor victory over the radical left. I think perhaps the neoliberals may try to event another Trump and solidify their position , and not need to pander to the left as much. So will see if the lobbyists gain back control. Just enough racial/gender justice to prevent any notion of class warfare.

Funny...I was just subjected to another Biden ad that claimed Trump lied when he said that Biden would raise my taxes.

Instead, the ad claimed, the Biden plan would only raise taxes on big corporations.

OK, but won't that make the US uncompetitive again?

I lived through the lost decade of the Obama recovery and I don't ever want to do that again.

The pre-pandemic Trump job market with its sustained 3.5-3.8% unemployment is the solution to most of the problems I have in life.

Chasing business away, as Biden seems compelled to do, will make things much worse.

I'm a health care provider. I'll remember how useless masks are the next time I assist the doctor when we do surgery on you and I get that uncontrollable tickle in my throat that makes me cough into your open wound. Since masks are so ineffective and all. But mask wearing is just a liberal conspiracy to take over the country that started way back in 1900

What is Trump's Specific Plan for America if Reelected?

He is unable to articulate a positive one. Failed to do so at the "debate" as well. It remains a secret along with his replacement for the ACA. You know, though, he did say he will continue to reject and delegitimize our elections and will keep up his incitement of violence across America. While not positive, it is a plan. One we should fear IMO.

Quote:
The nation learned — or relearned — that Mr. Trump has no positive case for reelection, let alone a vision of where to take the country in the next four years. When he was not hurling insults at Mr. Biden, he tried to take credit for an economy he did not build or to allege that Mr. Biden would destroy the suburbs

What is Trump's Specific Plan for America if Reelected?

Perhaps it is just to put the final nails in the coffin of The United States of America, as he stars in an additional 4 year parade that reveals his contempt for the values and norms that are essential to our democracy: among them, truth, civility and respectful disagreement.

Probably some symbolic executive orders to please his xenophobic base like a "Muslim Ban #2".
