Jill is a legitimate idiot.
So she received her doctorate at some tiny Delaware community college, and after reading her paper it becomes obvious that she is not the brightest bulb on the tree. The only possibly way she passed that exam was because her corrupt old man was a senator. It was a gift from the college. She appears to be on par with China Joe, at the bottom of their class. China Joe and Dr Pepper..... What a pair to draw to...

I think it's hilarious when people who obviously don't know much about education dismiss someone who is a doctor in a specific field.

University of Delaware is no community college. It's a full research institution that, while not high ranking, ranks in the top 100... making it, by far, one of the better universities in the US.

Can you link us to the specific paper of hers that you read and what your concerns with it were?

Just because you needed corruption to pass your exams doesn't mean everyone did. There's no need to project your personal experience on others.

Lol, community colleges do not grant bachelor's degrees let alone doctoral degrees.

That's a lot of well-placed praise coming from illiterate Whoopie and her lefty friends. And theses people want to run the country.

“Doctor” is universally refers to medical doctor, not doctor of theology or gender study or some other ****.

If you travel to some far distant village in the middle of nowhere in China or Africa and you call yourself a doctor, people think you are a medical doctor.
I'm guessing that you have not been to Colombia. The title of Doctor or Doctora (for women) is often used by almost anyone who believes they have upper class status. One time I went to a social gathering and it seemed like everyone was a "Doctor". It is one of the things that annoyed me about Colombia, but there were a lot more good things that made up for that.

So much ado about nothing. Someone who has achieved a doctorate in a discipline is entitled to use the title "Doctor". Some do, some don't, it's a matter of personal choice. But if you have a PhD., you have a Doctor of Philosophy in your field and, if you choose, you can use "Dr." People can dispute whether or not someone who elects to use the term is "full or himself or herself" for using the title, but the simple fsact of the matter is that the person has the degree and can use the title if s/he elects to do so. Even some medical doctors don't use it, although a larger pecentage do. Through work I have worked with many people with Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees. Some are fine with being known as "Dr." others hate it. I refer to them as they prefer.

It's all a matter of where you cut it off. If you call someone in a court of law as an expert witness and s/he has a PhD 98% of the time on the stand s/he will be called "Dr." X. If someone with a PhD teaches s/he is usually known as "Professor" in class, which title is not appropriate if someone doesn't have a doctorate, or when presenting research, "Dr."

And one does have to wonder if this much energy would be spent combatting a man using the term if he has a PhD. How many people attack the use of "Dr." for Martin Luther King, who had a PhD., not a medical degree? He is not at all alone, just a very public example.

This is not the cross to die upon.
