How come Conservatives are not outraged and on the capitol steps with pitch forks because of the socialist handouts to wall street?

There's nothing coy about it, either you knew that the House completely controls spending and were being dishonest, or you didn't know that and I educated you.

Either way, it doesn't change what I said.

Hmmm, what about the humongous amount of corporate pork (courtesy of gop) that went to the best and the brightest? Apparently after a decade of record profits they were about to fold in a matter of weeks. Apparently the business model did not include rainy day plans, just privatizing the profits and socializing the losses.

It's outrageous.

And then if the GOP gets Nancy to come down a few billion dollars with another stimulus they'll claim how they're capitalists and they care about spending. The evil Dems are the socialists!

So transparent. So weak.

Yeah, double down.

That will work.

How come you are not on the capitol steps with a pitchfork protesting these socialists handouts to wall street?

I think we should ALL be outraged with the frivolous spending since it's both Conservatives AND Liberals passing these bills, both interested in their own special interest groups rather then Taxpayers who foot the bill. Yes, I agree there should be no social handouts on either end of the spectrum.

Yes, I'm doubling down on calling you out for either your dishonesty, or your lack of knowledge.

It's not that Republicans are actually fiscally responsible, but to pretend like there's not a difference between them and the most fiscally irresponsible Speaker of the House in the country's history is just foolish.

What you get from Republicans is RELATIVE fiscal responsibility. You get 500 billion dollar deficits rather than 1+trillion dollar deficits. Neither is what you want, but one is a LOT better than the other.

When the people put Pelosi back as Speaker of the House, that's what they voted for. Why should anyone be surprised by it?
