The Pope crossed the line by mixing politics with religion ...

The function of a pastor is to tell you what you need to hear to save your soul. You may not like it and you may not want to hear it, but that's his job.

He did his duty.

I've been his PR agent for years! Get that tree branch out of your eye and the tree stump out of your rear. You're missing a lot!

The Pope crossed the line by mixing politics with religion and paving the way towards communism

He would not vote. He had eyes on spiritual matters not men’s stupid egotistical battles. The father said take the land.At the time it was appropriate. The Son said love your enemies and pray for them. Suffer for righteousness sake - give all up and follow me.
So I’m sure many would call Jesus in today’s political scene, everything but holy.

You need to get out more. Popes often weigh in on world politics. Ever heard of John Paul II?

This right here. I'm not sure the OP grasped the nuances of the Pope's words.
