What's clear is as you say, he keeps touching his mask !!!
One reason is he doesn't know how to fit it on his face !!! He doesn't form fit it with the strip across his nose ( note the open space ) that helps keep it from slipping down his face !!! Then when he adjusts it he pulls it away from his face !!! When he looks at the camera straight on, look how crooked it is !!! The guy is a virtue signaler as well as a moron !!!
