God Bless America....and get us away from this clown ASAP.
The UE rate is just under 8%. Please explain why we need a stimulus?

How do the trumpees keep supporting their dear leader as he flip flops by the hour? No stimulus until after the election? He's so strong and brilliant! A few hours later- we need aid for the airlines and a stimulus check immediately? Yes, he's right!! Who knows what he'll say today?

Flip-flop, flip-flop.

When you don't have much every little bit helps. We can just agree to disagree.

No, they don't. The unemployment rate is now lower than it was during many years of the Obama administration, and those higher numbers didn't result in a stimulus bill.

I'm dreading the next month.....no matter what Trump does, doesn't do, says or doesn't say, will be blown into a huge deal, with the left shrieking every day about how horrible he is.

It's all about grossly underfunded government worker pensions, especially those in Illinois, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and some New England states.

There are some Red states too that are underfunded, like Kentucky & West Virginia...where coal died. Its mostly a Blue state issue however.

These pensions are dragging the states into bankrupcy, because they are gov't sponsored PONZI schemes.

Cities, counties, and states can't print money like the Feds. So, when money gets tight, states rob cash from their pension funds, or do not put in the matching portion they are supposed to.

Many states now have massive gov't worker pension deficits well into the Billions of dollars. So, they want taxpayer bailouts!

This is government workers who are trying to steal from taxpayers....that is what Pelosi is trying to do.

If Trump wins, Republicans will use failed pension promises to break the back of the Democrat party. If Biden wins, government will increases taxes to bail out government workers pension funds.

That is what this elecgion is really about....gov't workers versus taxpayers.

Unemployment declined each year under Obama from a high of 10% to 4.7% when he left office to went to 3.5% in 2019 under Trump. I don't blame Trump for the 8% unemployment rate but I don't give him credit for an economy that was steadily improving.

This latest flip flop is a perfect example of his disjointed leadership, Next year is going to be bad no matter who is in office but we don't need another 4 years of this nonsense. To say that these people don't need help is ridiculous. I give Steve Mnuchin credit, one of the few bright spots in his cabinet that understands the urgency.

The Democrats want to tie the stimulus to destructive measures and policies. They want to continue the economic lock downs and create control and dependency. Trump knows this. We need businesses re-opening and no more restrictions, not more stimulus money.
