On the issue of court packing....both sides have made it clear that they will do whatever is legal and that may be adding more Justices.
Here's the thing......that's not a breaking point for a swing voter. They are watching this administration try to push through a nomination after saying four years ago that it isn't right to push through a nomination during an election year.
It's a stupid issue to push.
She should have acknowledged that given the events of this nomination process, that it is clear that both parties should use their legal and rightful options with regards to appointing justices.
