This place is overrun with a russian-troll-farm-style propaganda effort, it's honestly kind of fascinating to watch. There's clearly very little moderation or IP tracing going on here so it turns into a cesspool. And the same exact activity (sometimes word-for-word posts) show up in every corner of the internet on any politics-based forum or newsgroup. I guess there's no real way to stop it?

You are weakly attempting to imply that Right Wing voters lost their voting agency due to anything that was posted in favor of Right Wing populism by anyone with a different passport.
In reality, if we have voting agency then we are both permitted to read anything and have the ability to judge it and vote.
If "interference" is a thing, then exposure to unnaproved of information sources can invalidate your Right to vote.
Otherwise, free information is a non-issue. Especially to the level of "interference".

Which is it? Do we have free agency to include voter agency, or does all information need to be vetted and approved lest it corrupt the free agency of voters?
Show me the supreme court ruling as to how free information corrupts voter agency and election validity.
