True conservatives are against Trump because they know he is not a conservative much less a republican. Your focus is on the wrong thing. We need a leader to deal with this virus. That is the most important issue.
Ive argued with actual conservatives. its nice, we discuss priorities, and can find some common ground pretty easily. If McCain was still alive I have to admit....Id have a hard time picking between him and Biden. But you call it. We need leadership.
biden will immediately give amnesty to 22 million or more illegals thereby securing the Democrats strong hold over the nation for least a generation. Basically the entire United States will become California whether you like it or not. So is this the most important election in our life time you better believe it!
Well most of the illegals are concentrated in a few states such as California and Texas. Many Hispanics are also socially conservative and will vote republican, esp the evangelical Hispanis and conservative Catholics.
Yet as the US becomes less Christian the Republican party will less depend on the Evangelical and Conservative Catholic vote, just like Europe is now with the conservative parties.
Then why was it not the end of America when Obama-Biden were elected and ruled for 8 years? Do you not know that most conservatives thought they were Socialists? With COVID-19 and the insanity going on in the White House, seldom has the end of America been closer at hand.
1. The Democrats did not go as far Left as they are now. 2. Republicans kept the Democrats in check during those 8 Obama years. Nevertheless Obama managed to do a lot of damage. You and most Americans didn’t know it because the Leftist media covered up for them like they always do for the Democrats.

Well, IF the best the GOP can nominate is a well documented lying, cheating con-man whose word is worthless, that's likely true. It's up to the party to prove they can nominate someone who places the country's needs in front of his/her own.
Trump is not a conservative. Conservatives want balanced budgets, respect for our military, capitalism, not statism, fair taxes - not getting away with not paying any, values of faith - not using the Bible as a political prop; family - not going after porn stars and bragging about grabbing women. Trump is for Trump and that is not being a conservative. We need a conservative party, but that is not Trump's GOP.
I would think republicans should start putting up better candidates then. Times are changing, it's time to change with them.
