Democrats love to say how horribly he handled Covid-19. How so? Was it expected that he wave a magic wand and magically get rid of it? Could anyone have done that? No one including scientists, doctors, other healthcare leaders knew how to handle the virus. Everyone was learning as we went through it. He had task forces each day with updates.

Are dems mad he wanted the country opened back up when he did? I know dems are complaining that Trump is working too fast on a vaccine. I don't understand why unless they just hate to see Trump do well because they hate him.

Some states didn't want to open back up until right after the election. They want to poo poo on Trump to make him look bad for their own political reasons.

He seemed to give the governors all the equipment and PPE they needed. He even sent a ship to NY that mostly went unused.

What was so horrible that Trump did?

It's easy for Biden to say he did horribly but I doubt Biden would have done better. Doctors didn't even know how to handle it. Biden says now what he will do and like Mike Pence stated, it would be the same thing Trump is doing. How is Biden any better than Trump as far as the virus?

1. Dismissing the seriousness of the virus as a hoax or a Dem conspiracy theory.

2. Refusing the follow the advice of medical experts in his own government.

3. Propagating the absurd theory that people wearing a mask were making a political statement against him.

4. Discouraging the wearing of masks and basic safety precautions among his followers.

5. Not being truthful with the American people about the unique and deadly nature of the virus early when he knew the facts.

I could go on but you get the idea.

No matter what, he would be criticized and blamed. It’s just another opportunity to attack him. Nothing more then that.

Not following the guideline himself and setting a horrible example, then contracting the virus through his own recklessness. That basically sums it up. Had he acted like a damn leader instead of worrying about the political ramifications of the pandemic, maybe he would be in a better position right now.

He's right.

What experts? The only ones saying anything are nothing more than bureaucratic mouthbreathers talking to make themselves sound important.

He's not wrong

To the bolded, he should, it's stupid. To the rest, he never said don't wash your hands.

It's a cold...

I get the idea that we need better education in this country for so many people to so blindly follow whatever the vocal minority is saying.

Lie. Vacuous Democratic talking point.

That's actually true of some. In any event, he has said masks can be useful.

4. Discouraging the wearing of masks and basic safety precautions among his followers.
Masks are not a basic safety precaution. And he hasn't discouraged mask use. He's just not a virtue signaler. The Tulsa rally was stupid, but so were encouraging the protests. No politician has been without fault.

Yeah. You've got nothing but DNC talking points. Notice how vague all your comments are. No specific examples.

Trump ineptitude and deceitfulness regarding this Pandemic lies solely at his feet.
210,000 Americans are Dead because of him.
Why do we have 4% of the World's population but have 20% of the COVID deaths worldwide?
Ever heard the phrase The Buck stops here?
He has botched his job as a Leader and he will pay for it on November 3rd.

So everyone who has gotten the virus is reckless? Have hospital workers who got the virus been reckless? Have grocery workers who got it been reckless?

He's the president of the US. He has to be out there leading. He can't hide in the basement.

The real problem is looking to politicians and bureaucrats for personal health concerns
