Irrelevant to the point I made. You cant call people out for not understanding the constitution, while at the same time, claiming the president shouldn't be allowed to nominate a Supreme Court justice. The constitution says the exact opposite of this.

Obama named Garland, as was his constitutional right. When the republicans blocked Garland, it was constitutional too. They held the senate.

They gave a BS reason for it, but that is not unconstitutional. They didn't really need to give ANY reason for it. You can make an argument that this is immoral, but you cant make the argument that it is illegal.

I will vote Trump because I don’t want to live with socialism....doesn’t matter....I believe our country will become a 3rd world country with Biden. We had the best economy under Trump. Not under Obama/Biden.

This is not true.

Among other things...

Joe Biden is pro abortion.

The Democrat party platform calls for open borders.

Not only open borders. It doesn't stop there.

Joe Biden said he wanted to force citizens to pay for health insurance for illegal aliens.

Indeed.

Thank you for adding that.

And their education too if I’m not mistaken?
