Keep em' guessing.

Since when has a president been bound by what a Senator said last year?

You know, the only people who exclaim civil war is coming are those on the right.

And sorry to burst your bubble, but the packing of SCTOUS was happening in the 1800's so this is not without precedent

SCOTUS started with 6 justices, went as low as 5 and only went to 9 in the late 1800's.

If Biden was a better orator, he could explain this and show that wether or not he packs the court, even if he does, it would not be without precedent.

Franklin Roosevelt wanted his New Deal to pass, and to help with that, he packed the court with Justices that would approve of his New Deal proposals.

So what's new!

If Kamala-Biden win and pack the Court, will we have the gumption to just ignore the Court's leftist decrees? I'm guessing will just suffer passively under our new Soviet style governance.

The most recent round of court packing started with the GOP. When they got the Senate they refused to approve Obama's nominees, about 100 and then the SCOTUS nominee Obama made. The court may not need to be packed, depending on how the vote goes...if there is even one.

What's new is Kamala is no FDR. FDR might've been kind of socialist but he and his Justices didn't hate Americans and the country.

"We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it."

The man's running on a platform....and refuses to state what his platform is

A president has an obligation to tell citizens what his choice would be if presented to him and passed by Congress. Joe Biden refuses to answer. That's their goal, win the senate, keep the house, and Biden becomes their puppet......he already is. That's how it works. We want to know what Biden would do if/when Congress presents this to him and he needs to say yes or no. His lame excuses are too much for people to stand for at this crucial point in our history. He's a coward. He's insulting every American.

Okay, let me repeat myself here.

I don't understand why people are still asking grandpa sleepy Joe to answer the question if he's going to pack the courts if in case he wins?

YES!!! If sleepy Joe wins the presidency, and the Democrats gets majority in the House and Senate.

He will be very stupid to answer such a transparent question because he's desperate to win.

His non-answer is the answer
