The killer was definitely a left winger. That's not really in question. The question is whether it was self defense or not.
I'll be objective and fair here: it's a tough question and could go either way. What bothers me is the distance at which the pepper is sprayed -- it's not like the shooter got a face-full from close range. Had he gotten a full dose of spray close up, the guard would have been defenseless and his shooting would have been fully justified. The guard was at the outer edge of the range of the spray. The guard didn't show any obvious signs of being affected by the spray, no crying, no coughing. It appears to me the guard overreacted -- at that distance he could have warned the sprayer first: "Stop spraying or I'll shoot." Again, I'm trying to objective, from what I've seen it's not a cut-and-dried case of self defense.
A security guard hired to protect property shoots a thug protester who is spraying him with mace (there is a clear photo in glowing Kodacolor of this). I thought this is what the right wing loved. Law and order, baby. Am I wrong?
This “security guard” narrative will become indefensible as more info comes to light. You may want to walk this back while you can.
The security guard was hired by 9news. One of 9 News anchors, Kyle Clark has been especially outspoken to the point of mocking people who have been concerned about Antifa and rioting. This will not go well for this news station.

So because one anchor has spoken that way(if true), any private security guard they hire must have the same views? Do you interrogate everyone you hire about their political views?

No they don’t need to have the same views even though this shooter did as evidenced by the article I shared a page or two ago. I think shooting him was a major over reaction. They could have backed up and gotten out of the way.

Kyle Clark mocks everyone. That’s kind of his thing. He also was not present. What are you insinuating?
Nobody even knows who the security guard is. I mean, you can believe everything because it's somebody heard someone on 4chan say it, but I'd wait until there's actually credible information. The police will eventually release information, probably sooner than later.
Lulz at the shooter being 5'11" and 145 pounds. Dudes as fat as I am and two inches taller.

I don’t get it. If a left wing protestor was macing an armed security guard and got shot, you guys would be fine with it and the left would be up in arms. You know it’s true.
We certainly know this would be the case if it were a cop being maced. Do security guards have a high standard before shooting someone than a cop?
Nearly everyone is completely disingenuous in their positions here.
