It was Barr who suggested the pardons which killed the investigations. This was a man who, even then, put party above country and the presidency above the constitutional separation of powers.

Barr hasn't been respectable in the last 20 years, not sure of his prior history but he really sold out to Trump this time around. He has injected himself into the Mueller Report, the Flynn case and too many other places he doesn't belong. He went along with the Trump conspiracy with the investigations of Durham and several other attorneys that have now turned up exactly one change to one email by a DOJ employee, a giant waste of personnel that could have better served fighting corruption.
Reminds me of all the Benghazi and Clinton Foundation investigations but at least those were let by political hacks, Barr participated personally going overseas looking dirt.
All the resignations by attorneys on the high profile cases tells me all I need to know about Barr, history is not going to treat his tenure kindly.
Durham was respected but made some comments on other cases outside his lane where he had no business.
