The fact that you admit the constitution horrifies you should be horrifying to people, but sadly it is just par for the course when it comes to the left.

It is really cute how you pretend the Dems would act differently.

No, what horrifies me is corporate personhood, erosion of what few labor protections are left, and the overturning of civil rights. Sad that none of that worries you and the rest of the Waffen

Stop spewing nonsense and lies. When Harry Reid went nuclear in November of 2013, Obama had already appointed over 200 US district and appellate judges to lifetime appointments, which includes two Supreme Court justices. This means that the GOP was not blocking judges for the most part: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...s%20Court%20of

Reid went nuclear specifically over 3 seats for the US court of appeals for the DC Circuit. Over THREE seats! And, note, one of these seats was empty precisely because Democrats blocked GWB's efforts to fill it.

Harry Reid let the snake out of its cage, when he ended the fillibuster. Blame Harry for all these Conservative Federal Judges who will rule for the next 30-40 years. His nuclear option had tremendous fallout for the Democrat party...who are now feeling the agonizing pain.

Harry Reid won a battle, but the Republicans won the War.

Be forewarned...if the Dems pack the court, there will be similar unforeseen circumstances. Same for adding States; like DC, or Puerto Rico.

Dude, get some sleep. You’ve been up all night long arguing with anyone and everyone, and yet it’s Tuesday morning and ACB is still our newest SCOTUS justice.

It’s done. Get over it.

I was on the labor and delivery floor all night, so I was happy to have him up all night to spar with in between epidurals.
