Just wondering your thoughts on this. His doctor has been caught in so many lies, as recently as lying about the severity and treatment of his COVID.
We know Trump lies about the severity of the virus
Trump lied when he said he was immune (no proof is possible for that statement)
Can we really believe he is covid free? Or is he just out spreading his germs to try and salvage his failing run for reelection?
I think they produced the paper trail for the test result. He tested negative earlier in the week, but they were still able to grow a culture from his sample. The latter probably isn't the case by now or soon as it's approaching 10 days after the treatment.
Yeah. I am concerned about catching covid. Because I have chronic bronchitis and chronic kidney disease. If I get it, it will likely kill me. But I'm not afraid to die. What scares me, what keeps me in self-quarantine most of the time, is the realization that if I die, my mother will have to bury me. A mother should never have to bury their own child. So I'm going to go to whatever lengths I can to keep that from happening. Because I don't want to cause, or be the cause of her pain. I'm sure any mothers here could understand that.

So you are willingly applying common sense and logic to the making of your decisions?
There was no upside to him lying about getting it to begin with, as some have asserted that he did, there is no upside to him lying now about testing negative.
As to his immune comments, I think in layman's terms there is an understanding or at least some understanding, that once you get certain diseases you generally won't get them again.
I think that is probably where his head is at on that one. Trump generally speaks in broad terms and tends to be hyperbolic at times. I don't think he necessarily wakes up each day and figures out what lies he can tell the public, maybe he does, I don't know. I've just known and met people like trump over the years and they tend to be high level speak in generalities type of people and have a salesmen type way of talking.
Trump in no way is unique in how he operates, I've seen that type over and over and over.
I don't buy the timeline of when he tested positive, especially the fact that the way everyone was notified was through a 1AM tweet. Also the fact that he was cleared to do public events in 1 week, when everyone else is supposed to be quarantined for 2.
It's been proven that he lies more than he tells the truth, so I don't know if he's ever been tested at all, positive or negative. I believe that he and his doctors have said he's been tested, but it's not worth my time to even ponder the truth of it.
Well the WaPo's 20,000 lies are actually lies by WaPo.
