You guys love historical precedence. I was just making sure people understood the context to which has brought us to this point.
our "democracy" appears to be working exactly as the Founding Fathers designed it.

America did not end when the Court grew from 6 to 7 or from 7 to 9, so why would it end if it were expanded to 13?

The Supreme Court is not there to make up laws. Their job is to interpret laws and make sure the constitution is followed. All Americans are properly represented by the Supreme Court and it’s been this way for 150 years.

Pretty bold and arrogant of you to say the day the Republicans begin to ram through ACB to revoke 50,000,000 Americans health insurance. For what? 'Constitutional law'? What do you guys know that the supreme court didn't know in 2017? You don't know anything except what your corporate special interest handlers whisper in your ears.

Weird, I thought the US was coming up on it's 250 year anniversary?

Politics is politics. Whoever is in control will do what they please i guess. Biden shouldn't be evasive. He should just come out and say if Obamacare or abortion is thrown out, then he has the right to pack the court. if the Democrats win the Senate. Those undecided voters who think their health or abortion is more important will vote in their best interests. I doubt those who are already decided on who to vote for will not change their minds anyway.

Right now the Republicans are in control and have the right to appoint Barrett on the SC.

You are right, I don’t. I truly hope not. However, from reading at least summaries of Amy Barrett’s opinions on the ACA, I worry.
