Awesome question, John!

Why would anyone surrender their birthrights, to be governed by other people?

Because of the promise to keep and secure your rights, freedoms, and liberties, government made in the USCON!

Many people in the USA are "Non-Citizen Nationals. Meaning they have never ever consented to be governed by other people.

This is the sole difference in Constitutionalist and Marxist.

The constitution allows a person a choice and the ability to choose for themselves.
The Communist manifesto, does not afford people any ability to have a choice, much less the ability to chose anything. You become property of the state.

Again today, the start of his questioning started out with, "Consent to be governed"

In the USA, CONSENT is a very important word. One that separates us, from all other nations in the world.
In the USA the people are the sovereigns.
In the USA no man is good enough to govern another, without the other's CONSENT.

Free people with liberties are NEVER governed by force, to indicate the people are property of others.

Consent was required, in the very founding of American Law.

There is a big difference in governing people and ruling over people. But keep conflating it.

I don't understand your comment. Why does his being an elected representative matter? Are his ideas invalid because of that? Can you explain your statement?
