If Biden is elected and worse dems take over the senate, conservatives should file lawsuits for every un-Constitutional executive action and law dems pass which would be all of them.
Heck, when Jefferson ran for president, they were burying Bibles, the hysteria got so bad. During the presidential campaign of 1800, he was attacked as destroyer of religion due to his support of the French Revolution. There are several people who recorded how much Martha Washington feared, and yes hated, Jefferson. Yet we survived.

How did this bitterness evolve? In large part due to differing views of what the Constitution meant. Its why we got political parties in the first place, that and differing views of what the nation should be. Now if Washington, Hamilton and Madison could not agree on its meaning, and they were at the Constitutional Convention (Jefferson was in France), by what divine inspiration do the new "originalist" know what they did not?
If this is true, then I assume some BIG changes are coming very soon then?
