I guess we really would be better off with democratic socialism.

I've read about France's experiment with it, especially starting in 2014...Francois Hollande.

The result? 12,000 wealthy French citizens left France every year, until it ended:

They never returned. Young entreprenuers left too...the braintrust of France, and future millionaires.

Economically, France has been stagnant for decades, until Jan 2020 when the floor fell out:

I hope you take the time to read these articles about democratic socialism, then reply to this post afterwards.

My takeaway from these links is: democratic socialism = misery loves company
One difference between the U.S and France is that when those wealthy French people left France they said goodbye to that tax rate.

U.S citizens cant do that. The U.S. is one of two countries that taxes on worldwide income. You can get out of that by having an income that falls under the level of the exemption threshold. But if you’re over the threshold, and you can’t invest in tax deferred vehicles, you’re going to pay. If you can find another country to grant you citizenship or permanent residency, then you can renounce your citizenship but, once above the exemption, you’re going to pay what amounts to an exit tax...the long term capital gain rate on your assets.

Exactly. And that was the reason for the drop in France as well.

Kamala has been rated left of Socialist Bernie Sanders by political experts assessing the voting records of both. Even the liberal media agrees...

So Dems, is Socialism better than Trumpism?

If Joe wins, you will have to actively object, or comply. At that point, resistance is very likely futile.

Wouldn't it be better to decide this, before Nov 3rd?

Deny this scenario at your own peril.

Nobody is dumb enough to seriously believe that Dems intend for Biden to be President for more than a short time. It's pretty obvious that a vote for Biden is really a vote for a Harris Presidency. I don't have a terribly high opinion of the mental acuity of Democrats, but even they're not this clueless.

Sorry, but that was from when Kamala was running herself and failed miserably. It wasnt a recent comment.

I think everyone already knows that Joe will be pushed aside after a few months and Socialist Harris will be running the show That is when things will get real ugly for the USA.

Wut? Are you a member of the Proud Boys?

I'd rather have socialism than Trump. Besides, Kamala is NOT a socialist. Right wingers don't even know what "socialism" is, but they sure love to use the word to strike fear into the hearts of the sheeple in their party.

A Pandemic had nothing to do with 12,000 wealthy French leaving France every year from 2014 to 2018.

The French economy has been stuck in a Obama-like GDP quagmire for decades.

French leaders keep rolling out socialist democracy ever couple decades, and it decimates the economy, and prevents any long term traction. They keep making the same mistake over and over again.

So, if socialist Kamala is thurst into Joe's job, will you comply with massive tax increases and loses of freedoms?

You can be the 1st to answer my OP question.

Who do you believe would push Biden out of the White House? Please name a few names for us.

This is a very wacked-out conspiracy theory.

Stop and think now; when was the last Vice Presidential mutiny?
Did it succeed or fail?
Did it ever happen?
Is there something so special in this election it has never happened before?

So which is it?

"Go back to India"
"Go back to Jamaica"

"Hillbillies" don't like her probably for the same reasons Indians and Jamaicans wouldn't like a hillbilly trying to become President in India and Jamaica .
