I don't know if you watched the footage of this, but he was clearly joking. His point was that Biden is such an awful candidate, that he would be ashamed if he lost. It had nothing to do with criminality or any conspiracy BS whatsoever.

Aside from the welthiest that left, were ~200,000 young entrepreneurs, amnyof whome today are sure to be millionaires as well. This is a dark and gloomy article about what taxing the rich does:
France jacking taxes on the top 1% to 75% chased many of them away, and the company's they owned, and the taxes those company's paid too. And jobs, and the taxes those employees paid.

What has Trump done by the way to get him locked up? Whatever it is seems to be small potatoes when compared to a VP of the United States using his power and position to enrich himself and family..
Well the question was if he loses the election. That is a different question. If the senate flips then expect impeachment 2.0 to happen quickly. And they have plenty of material unlike the first time.
I'd pay for his plane ticket if he promises to never come back.
