So I guess thats why its "no big deal" and we have "turned the corner" on the virus and can go around maskless ". Right Trumpsters??
Are the people getting infected at this moment have access to the same medicine Trump/Christie did? God I hope so. It wont be a "biggie" to them either

You're free to wear a mask and stay in hiding for as long as you like. Most of us would like to get on with our lives.
Its no biggie if you are under 50. The seasonal flu is more likely to kill you.
Of course, some people under 50 get killed by the Wuhan virus just as some get killed by the flu.
Dying is not the only consequence of getting covid. Hospitalization, staggering bills, loss of employment, passing it on to vulnerable family and coworkers, and lingering health effects need to be considered as well. My daughter treats covid in a large medical center and she sees plenty of 20 and 30 somethings come in for a couple days on oxygen and obese people over 40 often have a difficult course of recovery even if it does not kill them.

Too bad. Pull your hair out. Wear a mask the rest of your life. Start another TDS thread. Whatever makes you feel better.

And this is basically "Trumpsterism" in a nutshell and what he preaches to those less fortunate than him. "Too bad". Definitely what we should look for in a leader. LOL. Thats a better campaign slogan really. "Too bad"

Even Chris Christie didn't have a hospital already set up in his house with doctors to administer oxygen. And he didn't have a helicopter to take him to the hospital. He's telling us what it was like, and it sure sounds like he's telling the truth. Sounds like what other people who've had COVID say it was like.
I hear the meek little snowflakes who just can't bear to wear masks aren't having such a great time of it in states like Wisconsin, the Dakotas, Montana.

Millions of people have had it and recovered without having the same treatment that Trump/Christie had.
What they had received is still experimental, right? Millions of people should receive experimental treatment?

Insurance should cover the costs involved if a covered person needs treatment.
The government, under the Cares Act, covers the uninsured - but it seems, only if a person has a primary diagnosis of Covid before they end up in the hospital. By the time they end up in the hospital the virus may not be their primary problem. Imo, congress was wrong to put that stipulation in the Cares Act, it should be covered for the uninsured as much as any insurance would cover it.
